God damn, Diz and Moonshine make such great music together. Welcome back Dizzy, your music was thoroughly missed. Ah, Kent dropped this via his twitter a couple of days ago and I totally missed it. Thankfully for the internets I got the chance to catch up. Kent’s been kind of quiet lately and this is a great way to alert the people that they shouldn’t be sleeping on this Surf Club representer. The production of both tracks are worth mentioning as they compliment Kent’s style so well. I tip my hat of to Yeezo. Last night the 92Y in TriBeca was home to a great discussion featuring Phonte and 9th Wonder. Speaking to a packed house the two old friends touched on a wide variety of topics ranging from Kanye West to Odd Future. After it was done the plethora of MCs that came out in support blessed the crowd with some freestyle fun. Shout out to Rapsody, Don Will, Torae, Skyzoo, Mickey Factz, ActProof as well as a couple other talented artists for holding it down.
