Sky Ferreira – Great Mistake x Obsession x One

Sky Ferreira is my latest female obsession (no homo). I first heard of Sky when she covered a Miike Snow song and was blown away. For someone fairly young (she’s still a teenager; 18 I believe) her voice and range shows such a maturity that I haven’t come across in awhile. Sky is a Portuguese-American singer–songwriter and actress from Los Angeles. In July 2009 she signed a record deal with Parlophone. She is currently working with Paul Epworth, Bloodshy & Avant, Dallas Austin, Linda Perry, and more on her debut album to be released on January 11, 2011, which I can’t wait to purchase.
